They’ve reappeared at the corner of South Dowling Street and Cleveland Street. On the traffic island above the Eastern Distributor, two halves of a VW Beetle have been turned into garden beds on either side of the intersection.

The Guerrilla Gardening reminds me of a festival that a friend in Prague came across in late August this year:

Although I don’t wish for Australia to have the social conditions which would lead to homeless people finding it necessary to tear apart buildings to survive, it would be interesting to see a local take on it…
