I also love Menya, next door to Chinese Noodle Restuarant in the Burlington Centre, Haymarket. They do this amazing Ni-tamago ramen - full of those special boiled eggs. Good ramen is hard to find in Sydney. Best so far I've found is Ryo's Noodles, Falcon St North Sydney, and Ramen Kan on Bronte Rd, Bondi Junction. Bit of a trek for either, but worth it!
